Stéphanie Maricanovic
Stéphanie Maricanovic, Architect-Engineer, has worked for 20 years in the fields of architecture and project management in France and abroad.
Her story began in the former Yugoslavia, where she acquired dual skills that opened the door to exceptional projects alongside renowned architects.
In 1989, she was spotted by Slobodan Mica Rajovic, Professor at the University of Belgrade, with whom she collaborated on a number of award-winning projects in Belgrade.
On her arrival in France in 1991, she joined severalrenowned architectural firms, where she discovered project management and took part in major projects such as the Leonardo da Vinci University, the Europlaza tower and the Musée d'Orsay.
In 2000, his career continued in heritage restoration, working with a Chief Architect of Historic Monuments.
A turning point came in 2005, with a move to project management within the BNP Paribas group. Here, she played an active role in the development of pre-fabricated housing, helping to structure a rapidly changing market.
In 2012, Nexity confie her the Technical Department at a time of strong growth. She is now working on a number of emblematic projects, including eco-neighborhoods such as Saint-Ouen.
This dynamic then led him to manage international projects, coordinating teams in Poland, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Germany.
In 2020, the Atland Group is calling on its management expertise to structure and develop the residential sector's design and construction division.
Real estate being the cornerstone of wealth creation, she broadens her expertise by training in financial and wealth management.
All these experiences have enabled him to develop a global vision, whether for a real estate project, a business or a life path.
Today, as founder of her own company, she offers individuals and professionals a dual expertise in real estate and wealth strategy, to help them achieve their goals with meaning, confidence and a vision for the future.
